Selection & Selection


The green harvest plus the trimming of clusters leave only the selected clusters in the amount needed. The review of each plot determines the beginning of the harvest, when the phenolic maturing is complete.

Harvesting is done manually by selecting the grapes vine to vine, loading them and transporting them in 14 kg boxes in order to avoid them being damaged by their own weight.

Finally, one last check is made, cluster by cluster on the selection table.
